I mean, 'divine' just means 'of or like God or a god'. So if you have demonic or evil gods, then divine powers could describe them and powers derived from them. Hence, I suppose, why the only powers in the 'Divine Powers' category that have 'demonic' in the name are "Demonic Divinity" and "Divine-Demonic" powers. There's also the "Dark Divinity", which fits with the 'evil gods' still technically being divine.

I would say that demons themselves are not. Demonic gods are, simply by virtue of being gods.

Divine powers are related to gods ,angels and things of a heavenly or higher nature . Just the concept of divinity in general. The best way to understand divine powers is to understand transcendent physiology first . Holy Powers are just powers that are genuinely good and pure in nature . Holy means spiritually perfect or pure; untainted by evil or sin; sinless; saintly. They are things belonging to or coming from God,the one true god . There isn't much of a difference. If Demon's have a divine nature ,it would be because they were once angels from heaven .

@TheDevil7777 so let’s say if someone has both holy magic and demon magic. If the user decides to combine them both for some reason, would the holy half not be holy anymore since it’s being fused with demon based magic?

I really don't know but I think it would have a terrifying reaction cus even though Demon's were once angels ,they are no longer holy . Since everything holy comes from God it would likely cancel demon based magic or invoke the divine wrath of God himself in the form of disasters or curses as punishment. Since we've never really seen demon based magic and holy magic in real life it's unknown what could happen if they were both combined . Whatever happens would vary depending on the verse and the user . So like if doctor strange combined the demonic magic of dormammu with something holy then it would be OP as heck and they won't cancel each other out or cause the wrath of said entities as even though dormammu is sorta a demon ,he's really just an extra-dimensional entity or sometimes an entire realm .

It also may be just faith empowerment.

We have had much of this discussion before. The community determined divine was for gods. Within fiction there can be holy and unholy pantheons.

Angels and demons reflect holy and unholy respectively, but the community did not accept that either was divine.
