Lilith was a human that died and became a human sinner which is a demon. And because Lucifer is a fallen angel so it is the demon/angel person.
Whether you count if the sinner is a demon or still human
No the people who made it said they are demons.
I guess they would count as Hellspawn.
But they could have… the soul of a human?
