I heard some people say he's not really that OP and others say that he's overrated as an outer god .

3812? probably, since he can transcend layers of existence
Well the presence and the one above all are the supreme beings of their setting so it depends on if you believe Yoggy boi itself is a supreme being or not .
@Rulefiji I would say it really depends on a few things. First off, it depends on if we equate the gates in the Cthulhu Mythos to the narratives in SCP. If we don't, then Yog-Sothoth and his entire verse would just be one narrative for 3812 to transcend, so in barely a moment he would win. That seems unreasonable though - giving an unfair advantage by prioritising one cosmology over the other. After all, you could just as easily prioritise the Cthulhu Mythos cosmology and suggest that 3812 would lose by default due to being a mere manifestation of Yog-Sothoth (in the sense that all things in the verse can be considered as such), thus meaning Yog-Sothoth can do everything he can do and more.
So if we don't prioritise either verse's cosmology, then I would say Yog-Sothoth has a good chance of winning. There are either a vast number or outright infinite gates, each completely transcending the previous one - quite like narratives in SCP, so I'd say it is reasonable to equate them - and Yog-Sothoth quite literally is the Ultimate Gate ("Yog-Sothoth knows the gate. Yog-Sothoth is the gate. Yog-Sothoth is the key and guardian of the gate."), the final separation between the Ordered Universe and the Ultimate Void where the Other Gods and Archetypes (who might be the same thing?) reside, of which Yog-Sothoth is supreme.
From here, it really depends on exactly how 3812's powers work. If he can only supersede what immediately supersedes him, then it would be reasonable to suggest that Yog-Sothoth would be so far beyond him (especially if there are an infinite number of gates) that he could never reach the same level. Yog-Sothoth would likely be able to simply destroying 3812 while he is still transcending. However, if 3812 can keep superseding regardless, he may eventually win. It would probably take an eternity, but it's not impossible. Either that or if he can directly supersede Yog-Sothoth due to Yog-Sothoth trying to affect him, or something like that, then he also wins there.
Hmm, now i'm curious if yog could beat the constants
SCP-682, Constant of Termination
SCP-2747, Constant of Anafabula
SCP-3125, The Constant of Chaos
Yog sothoth encompasses all archetypes ,so it would be interesting what could happen .
2747 erases any universe it comes into contact with, all it needs is to be directly below the layer and the layer to reference it and it will be erased. i don't exactly know what 682's constant form does but i know that the chaos one is extremely dangerous, though you could say that for all 3
Omniscient and omnipresent according to my research.
Yog-sothoth is omnipotent just like azathoth that's how powerful yog-sothoth is
@Un1v3 Pretty sure there can't be 2 omnipotent beings.
Well there is now in Lovecraft mythos
What do you think?
