The enemy have Nigh-Absolute Immortality with Nigh-Absolute Regeneration (Level III). If u can slowdown/stop his Regen then u can kill him. He have no resurrection powers so if he die he die.

Option 2,

The enemy have Superior Adaptation. More Specifically Reactive Adaptation combine with Evolution and he also possess Supernatural Regeneration Level VI. Meaning the user will continuously adapt and evolve to counter/nullify ur attack {Similar to Mahoraga from JJK but adaptation rate and speed are faster}.

Reactive Adaptation, user have uncontrollably Adaptation to any and all phenomenon even if the user is Mind controlled, this type of adaptation will adapt to mind control and set the user free.
