Yes, it should. @Abdul keny seid Personal Mastery is pretty much Nigh-Omnipotence over yourself. The logical conclusion of that is Autopotence, which is Self-Omnipotence.

As I presently understand it, Personal Mastery is the Nigh-Omnipotent version of Autopotence, so it's essentially Nigh-Autopotence. Similarly, in terms of Narrative power, we have Author Authority as Narrative Omnipotence and Plot Control as Narrative Nigh-Omnipotence. It doesn't help that you can follow the Applications in Personal Mastery to Autopotence. My thought is all those powers that represent True Omnipotence should be exclusive to their own category and in no other.
