Its sort of carnage if ya think about it ig but anyways, for the other one the technology part wouldn't be there, bc that depends on the user, so if you it took over like tony stark while he was in his suit he would have that stuff, but if he took over some random joe schmoe from the side of the street he wouldn't have that techno stuff... just sayin

Technology is limited resources, while biological material can possibly be unlimited when farmed.

Malware isn't a symbiote its a different species and does different stuff

I just have one question. Are these versions of Venom and Carnage? Like they have these powers and abilities but with these new powers?

Well if we talking about symbiote lore, it's a much effective ability when talking about codexes, like meatgarnder Venom from the end, but it takes effort and planning to do that without resistance, and the right people. But with technology, as you mentioned Malware, you have to access places and devices that allows to develop such abilities, and that's pretty good when the entire universe is filled with advanced technology everywhere in corner of streets.
