I will include it as not having any limitations
Every power has limitations when it comes to what they capable of, every superpower is like the power capable of anything restricted to do certain things only, and that's how it works. Sure I get it that some logic don't work in absolute powers and target anything and everything, but if they can do that then why can't they do so much more than it suppose to if it truly not limited, can it create portals and warp time?

Aren't complete arsenal and perfection omnipotence derivatives?
Is that a rule now, isn't technically every power should be omnipotence derivatives, if omnipotent is capable of anything, and as I just said they just parts of omnipotence capable of certain things specifically.
I mean to be fair omnipotence derivatives is sorta ill-defined
Not sure about broken, but it is definitely very potent.
I would teleport to a fictional place I created to grab an item there and become omnipotent with it. Then, imma stack my powers by teleporting to multiple places that have OP items like genie lamp, dragon balls, magic muffin etc and imma keep on doing it until I am fully confident I am the Op-iest.
MT is listed as one of my favorite powers of all time. It's pretty awesome!
They appeal to me too! Its like the addition of the word 'Meta' translates to "removal of any limits on the original power" sometimes ;)
Any ability taken to it's logical extreme (absolutes, almighty, meta) is a broken ability
