(2 things. First; If we were to TS a decade, and Amadeus were to make 1 wish every 2 days (plenty of time for his mana to regenerate) he would make 1,825 wishes.
Second; His plan against Salvador was, during the time to train he would summon a dragon capable of cloning and that doesn't look like a dragon at all. He would then give the dragon symbols for invisibility, intangibility and one that lets the dragon teleport to anywhere where this symbols has been placed (near Salvadors people, near the Werewolf continent and on Amadeus). He would then have this dragon start cloning indefinitely, until there are billions. He would then have half of these wait around Salvador's colony, the other half, would continue cloning as to make sure their is an infinite supply. When fighting Salvador, he would have the dragons attack simultaneously. Salvador's followers might have weapons, but the sheer number of dragons would overwhelm them. Salvador could try and use his divine energy to stop them but Amadeus would use his ability to control magic (I was planning on making a wish where, when it comes to Amadeus, the word 'Magic' means everything that isn't possible by the laws of physics in our world in the way it is being done), to block his divine help that he would be sending. Salvador might be able to get a bit of help through but it would be hard as, again, the sheer number of dragons would be overwhelming AND he would still be fighting Amadeus. Amadeus would then give him the offer to send the entire dragon army back in time to stop the army and prevent all these deaths, as long as Salvador surrenders. If he doesn't Amadeus would set up a telepathic link between him and the Dragons and him and Salvador, so that Salvador has to watch his people get slaughtered and tortured, while trying to help, WHILE fighting Amadeus. If Salvador doesn't give up, the dragons would be sent to massacre the Werewolf continent. The werewolves might have people like Avatar, Ace and the Vae-wolves, but the number of dragons would again overwhelm them. If Salvador didn't give up, but still win. His people would be slaughtered and Amadeus would accept defeat. If Amadeus won, but Salvador didn't surrender and Amadeus had to fight him for it then Salvador's people would NOT be saved. Overall, the only reason I thought that Amadeus would win is because Salvador would do anything to help his followers and watching them get killed while having to try and save them AND fighting Amadeus at the same time would just be too overwhelming)
