Is there a better chronomancer than Kurumi? I'm not talking about brute strength but rather how she manipulates time, she explores her abilities a lot unlike some characters, which mostly comes down to altering the speed of time or traveling through time. She stops, travels, teleports, discovers history, clones herself, regenerates herself, changes her age, predicts the future. I simply don't know of any character who is more complete than her.
