No matter the numbers, conditions, environment or prep time, Omniscience is absolutely superior. But! Only if it is total Omniscience, if it is selective, then the other 5 have a chance of winning.

There may be situations that an omniscient being cannot subvert, and even if it had a plan that would work, it may not have the time or manpower to execute it. Conversely, the moderately omniscient might have the necessary knowledge and resources to take out the omniscient being first.

I partially agree. However, the question of the post is who would win with prep time. So, there is a chance that the Omniscient will win regardless of other factors. They know everything, even things we think we know.
