Base Form/Normal State: Peak Human condition at Captain America's (Steve Rodgers Earth-616 ) level with all his abilities but with Tony Starks/Bruce Wayne's IQ with all of Batman's (1985-2011 and 2011 to current), Ironman's Tony Stark of Marvel Earth-616, and Daredevil's Matt Murdock Earth-616 (Not related to there Powers) Abilities/Skills as well as Thor's (Earth-616) All-Speak Power along with Jin Woo Sung's passive skills (minus the system and it's prompts) such as Will to recover, longevity and Unlimited Storage.

Powered form 1: All Jin Woo Sung's Powers up top along with IQ level, All-Speak and all Abilities/Skills up top including Superman's (Clark Kent) Martian Manhunter's (J'onn J'onzz), Shazam/Captain Marvel (1985-2011 and 2011- Present) Powers and abilities including most of Danny Phantom's and Elexir (Joshua Foley Marvel Earth-616) Powers and abilities (the exception for Danny being the ghost tail, and I'm changing Danny's duplication powers to work when the clones are reabsobed like the Shadow Clone Justu from Naruto while for Elexir I won't have his Dichromatimorphic Skin and Death Touch) as well as Jin Woo Sung's Shadow Extraction, Shadow Preservation and Shadow Exchange powers.

2nd most powerful form: Atom Eve (Image comics Universe), Mister Mxyzptlk (New Earth and Arrowverse), Molecule Man (Earth-616) , The Beyonder (Earth-616), Alien X (Ben 10 Classic) All there Powers and Abilities.

Ability intuition and Ability Mastery for all forms above. I can transform back and forth between my normal state and 1st Powered form at will, but because of Danny Phantom's Powers being mixed in with my first form I can use some of the powers from my first form in my Normal State, but there weakened significantly compared to there real versions my strength, speed, agility, reflexes ECT remains the same as they would in my Normal State, but I can use weakened versions of some of my 1st Powered forms powers. Like even in my Normal State I still absorb Solar Energy from a yellow sun to allow me to use a limited version of my Heat Vision, Telescope and Microscopic vision. I can also Semi-Transform like the iris color of my eyes from its normal color to red as well turn parts of or my whole body intangible and invisible as well as use power limited Ecto-Blasts, I can use a limited form of flight too when normal human state I can stand, walk and run up walls but can't do it for long maybe a couple of minutes at a time. As far Jin Woo Sung's Shadow abilities go I can't really use them I can summon maybe 2 or 3 shadows, but I can't extract or store new ones in my normal state as far as Shadow Exchange goes it's limited by distance and wait time, I can teleport as many people as I want with me within at max a 400 Mile Distance, but teleporting at max distance will take about 2 hours before I can do it again, shorter distance like less than 10 miles just need to wait 5 minutes.

When transforming into my second powered form I can't stay in at as long as I want like with my first one I can only keep it up for a max of 10 to 15 minutes at a time. Then I instantly transform back into my normal state and can't transform back into either powered form for a max of 24 hours unless I power down back to my first form but my powers for my first form are weakened significantly, if I want my first powered form back to its peak I'd need to not transform for a max of 2 hours but I can still use some of weakened versions of my powers of my first form the teleporting is limited to a 50 mile radius but time differential is relatively the same and I can't summon Shadow soldiers or use any ecto, psionic or Solar Energy related Powers. If I use up the allotted time to stay transformed in my second powered form, I can't use any of my powers not including the ones I have in my normal state.
