This is dumb, you're not given any real choice. Number two is the best hands down, everything else is pretty much trash or worse. The last one, saving and loading, would only be good if you could spam it, and even then number two is better since you could use it to become an actual superhuman.

Definitely xp points and skill tree, it's most useful and a cheating method to get out of education, to improve without actual training, but you need effort to get there to be better.

Like Skyrim is my favourite game because of xp points and skill tree, as I think the best video games has most interesting perks and customization, so when you can progress and develop through events and incidents it feels more satisfying.
