Note that this RP takes place in the past; specifically in the year of 2007. And while you don’t need to edit any previous Sheets to fully fit, it’s still necessary to keep this in mind throughout the RP.
The max amount of OCs per person is 2. However, should your OC(s) be killed within the RP, you are allowed to use another OC to replace them so you can still participate.
Due to the fact that this RP is important to the lore of a certain OC of mine, I ask that all OCs submitted are ones that actually fit the series. That means that random OCs edited into the Character Sheet may not be acceptable.
Any non-OP Species are allowed. That means that True, Alpha/Omega/Omnicron, Primordial, Cosmic, Ascendend, Transcendent and Ascendend Transcendent-based Species are all banned.
While I am allowing Villain Protagonists in this RP, they cannot be evil 24/7, cannot be extremely inhumane, disturbing and/or outright immoral and must at least have some amount of morality/humanity/decency. If this is seen either in a Character Sheet or within the RP, then I will ban you permanently from both this RP as well as all of my RPs as I do not tolerate such behavior.
No OP Powers. That includes anything Omni, Meta, Absolute, Ultimate, Nigh, any Reality Abilities, any OP Adaptative Abilities and/or any Abilities that have to do with Fiction.
Weaknesses are required and must be at least 4 in terms of minimum amount. They must be both Self-Weaknesses (Fears, Disabilities, etc) and Power Weaknesses alongside not being overly basic.
