@AzQth What's the difference between Absolute Invulnerability versus regular on this wiki? I think the regular version only covers your physical body and nothing else? Correct me if I'm wrong.

@Necropolis00 What do you mean by the End of Time? Is it the 'end times' as in an apocalypse, or a more literal end of 'time' itself?
@AzQth The last one. If someone is invulnerable, could they survive the literal End of Time?
Well, if we take the literal 'End of Time' to mean that there is no longer a progression of events through past, present and future, then most things would just... stop. Anything requiring the passage of time to change would no longer change unless a being that doesn't require the passage of time in order to change (Temporal Transcendence and probably also Temporal Lock) does something weird to allow them to change anyway.
Death is broadly defined as the permanent cessation of all vital signs in the body. If there is no longer time, then there is no change, so bodily processes cannot continue; the heart can't beat, the brain can't send electrical impulses, the lungs can't inflate, etc. This seems to me like it would entail a cessation of vital signs. But then, the same would happen for everyone, because there is literally no more time. So they would no more survive or not survive than any normal person.
If we take the 'End of Time' to be the end of past, present and future (e.g., they've been destroyed/erased by some kind of power), then no, they would not survive. That destruction is more than physical. Even just the destruction of their past would annihilate them.
In general, what the End of Time actually entails would vary a lot depending on the verse in question, but would in most cases they would probably not survive.
@AzQth Dang. What are some good abilities that will allow you to survive the End of Time?
There are the two that I mentioned before - Temporal Transcendence and, to a lesser extent (but it should still work), Temporal Lock - as well as anything that naturally achieves/possesses those, like Omnilock, Indeterminacy, Conceptual Transcendence, Absolute Transcendence, and so on. Origin Transcendence and Reality Separation would likely also work.
@AzQth Absolute Invulnerability would as well. May I ask a weird question?
@Necropolis00 sure, go ahead.
@AzQth Do you think that Absolute Invulnerability is fair? I apologize if I'm bothering you, my friend! 😅
@Necropolis00 It's fine, you're not bothering me at all ^-^
I would say that, compared to non-absolute powers, probably not. The user is immune to all damage, so most conventional means of killing them are simply invalid. However, I think it is probably one of the fairer absolute powers, since the user can be trapped, changed in ways that don't involve damaging them, etc. Compare this to powers like Omni-Immunity, Flawless Indestructability, Absolute Invincibility, etc, where the user can't really be adversely affected by anything.
@AzQth I felt like I needed to make sure! Yeah, compared to abilities like those, Absolute Invulnerability is relatively tame, so to speak. It's ungodly strong but still has weaknesses that someone can exploit and thus you're not truly unbeatable.
What do you think?
