Premise:
You are a member of Team 22, a mecha-piloting defense force protecting the world from the Hellbug menace. The last Hellbug attack was over a year ago, but rumors of a new type of beast arising from within the earth itself have been spreading, and more and more pseudo-hellbugs are being found within positions of power in society. For right now at least, you’re living in the Centurion City Special Hellbug Defense Force (SHDF) Compound, comparable to a luxury hotel.
What do you do?
Rules:
-6 characters per player. Every player can only have 1 pilot oc unless we require more. I have two for the purposes of the storyline.
-Characters fall into one of Four classes: Pilots (Self-Explanatory), Engineers (Self-Explanatory), Directors (The “Guy-In-The-Chair” for each Pilot), or Extra (Non-Team 22 Member)
-Characters do not have to be members of Team 22, but must have a relation to a member of Team 22 or live in Centurion City
-Characters can be from Centurion City, but must have ties to a specific nation. Fictional nations are allowed
-All characters must use the established power systems found in Info Post 2
-No fantasy races (EX: No elves, but elf-like aliens are fine)
-No OP races (Alphas, Omegas, Infinites, etc)
-No explicit magic (Stardust is considered science despite basically being magic)
-One piece of Cybergear per person.
-No “Hybrid Type” Awakened Evolutions.
-You need at least 3 weaknesses. All must be possible to exploit
-Flaws are required.
-Extra power systems will be added throughout the story. You can learn to use them or gain access to them if you wish.
-If you want your character to be a Pseudo-Hellbug, contact me on the wall of my profile page.
-The majority of Hellbugs will be controlled by me. If you want to control a Hellbug, fill out the attached sheet and I’ll likely approve it.
-Hellbug attacks can happen without my presence. The majority of players (above 80%) must be present for a Threat Level 8 or higher Hellbug attack to occur.
-The sheet can be altered. Extra information can be added, but not removed
-Backstories are optional, but highly recommended.
-All characters must have a visual representation or a written description, ideally both. No photos of real people.
-Characters can be no younger than 18 and no older than 30
-No bigotry against real groups of any kind is allowed. Anti-Alien bias, if portrayed as a negative trait, is allowed. If a player is uncomfortable with it, it will be stopped either through an abridged character arc or a retcon.
-Relationships between characters are allowed, but both players must consent
-No random fights
-PTK (Permission To Kill) and PTSI (Permission To Seriously Injure) are in play.
-RP can happen at any time, even when I am not present. There is no "plot" strictly speaking outside of The Hellbug Conspiracy, which will unravel only with the interaction of players.
-I have the right to reject your character or suggest alterations to your character if any of these rules are violated.
