The Rules:
Effervescent England is the UK counterpart to Safe Haven/Playful Paradise. Its existence is solely for fun interactions amongst characters in the setting of DINY's UK. Like others, this means it is rather lax in terms of what happens within reason.
All OCs submitted here must be approved before using them in the RP proper.
Any OC that has been approved for the aforementioned Playful Paradise or Safe Haven should be resubmitted here before using them.
Do not kill or harm others OCs without asking permission, do not control them either.
