Very late, but oh well.
Omniarch is a good option simply by default. The only possible issues are those surrounding free will, but it would be easy enough to command free will to exist if it does not.
Omnificence is another good option; being able to create absolutely anything means you can make events, Almighty Laws, powers, etc, without limit. Functionally, you can do anything via creation.
Alpha Reality depends heavily on the interpretation (this is actually what set of the post I made recently about Alpha Reality and whether it should actually be absolute and an Omnipotence Derivative). If it is 'absolute reality', being more real than totality as a whole and thus able to change anything within it as easily as changing a story by telling it differently, then yes, it's entirely worth it and probably the one I'd choose. On the other hand, if it is just the origin of all realities, with dominion over the omniverse as a result, it seems to me like it would be inherently lesser than all other powers here, each of which can do and affect anything in some way.
And then Tetralogy, which is control over and power through science, magic, philosophy and divinity all at once. At an Omnipotent level, this is functionally equivalent to Scientiapotence, Arcanepotence, Almighty Mind and Absolute Spirituality (or Supreme Divinity). It's very good, naturally, though it's not as conceptually appealing to me as the others here for some reason. I can't quite say why, though I might be able to think of a good reason in time.
So yeah, Alpha Reality depending on the particular interpretation being used, otherwise Omniarch or perhaps Omnificence.
