You can control a fountain of water that blesses those that bath within it, with eternal youth. But it does not make them truly immortal, and they can still be killed.

Resurrective Waters Control; Dian Cécht was known to be in possession of the spring of life, and you have inherited one of two diluted fountains. You can control the unique water of this fountain, which has the ability to resurrect anyone who dies. However, the water cannot resurrect anyone who has died more than thrice.

Divine Bear Transformation & Bear Lordship; Like your father before you, you can transform into a great bear of divine nature, and rule over all other bears. You may command legions of bears, bless them with minor enhancements, spawn them of your flesh, perceive things through their senses, and any number of other things.

Elixir Making & Herbalism; Dian Cécht was the god of healing and medicine, and you have inherited his skill and power over medicine. You can easily craft any number of elixirs and magic medicine.
