Meggan is the wife of Brian Braddock aka Captain Avalon (formerly Captain Britain) & sister-in-law of Elizabeth Braddock aka The Current Captain Britain. As for her heritage, she's half-mutant/half-fairy hybrid. And because of this, no one know which powers are from her X-Gene or derived from her Fae Heritage or a mix of both.
