If I were to get someone like that to talk, I'd revel in lighting up the pain centers in their brain. I'd love to test the limits of what would knock them unconscious and for how long. When they confess, I'd put them out of their misery by overloading the pain centers.
Some would call this inhumane, but I'd prefer to think of it as the proper way of dealing with someone like that.

Truth is subjective. Even if ppl experience the same Event and then you ask them what truthfully happened. You'll find they might have different answers but to them they are telling the truth.
An example is that a man was attacked by an assailant and successfully defended himself but at the cause of killing the attacker and someone see's only the end of the fight. The TRUTH of the victim is that he killed in self-defense, but to the Witness will see him as a Murderer.
