Galen can only pick 2 stats to copy on one person. He can safely copy up to 1-7 stats he will still feel great discomfort. Galen can do this 2 times a day, he must wait 24 hours before he can do it again. He can copy 3 skills per person 2 times a day and must wait as long as he do for his stats cooldown.
Galen must choose wisely on what skills he combines, since it can backlash and cause skills to clash with each other. Example galen has two skills, one which could increase his Regeneration skill, the other skill will damage him badly but he has no cooldown for combining skills.
Backstory: Galen lived a in a very poor and dangerous childhood. His family was completely broke and homeless. Galen since he started walking as a baby he was very cunning and deceitful. He uses his deceit to make money but also taking risks,beating,almost dying. All just to feed his family, even though he act like he doesn't care. He continues this and managed to do this until he turned 11.
Galen father died from a gang cross over shootout. Of course they couldn't afford the funeral. That day was the day that galen dropped his mask, and full on cry and rage for the first time in his life. 2 years later galen has started to conquer the streets in the shadows bit,by bit. Causing all kinds of conflicts,wars,bonds broken. Galen saw a opportunity to study aboard and his family come along to somewhere new and safe.
2 year later. He came back. He became a investor and a very successful one at that. Galen started to clean up in the neighborhood and eventually the entire community. Galen has also discovered a loophole in the justice system. He made shares in malls nobody wanted while destroying a few small businesses he invested in to let people think he is poor again.
Years pass as he helps police catch real criminals and corrupt officials. He eventually got the malls he invested in destroyed using the loophole he holds the highest shareholder or is the down right the owner of the malls. So any malls or super malls rebuilt. He becomes a landlord for any stores in the malls. that need to pay rent once a year to him. He of course kept his identity secret as he posed as the collector for rent. Only the people who actually struck a deal know his true identity, galen instantly getting multi millions almost billions. to the present day. He was so close to permanently taking the cartels down the biggest baddest of them all. He eventually got played by the heir who had a near multi billion dollar company backing him. So he went out swinging, he put up a good fight but that's about it for him. He did expose all the top cartels and Mafia. Expect the one he was fighting against so he is in the hospital dying. Galen gives all rights to friend who has seen his true face.who is smart,goody two shoes,a little naive to be his successor while he left his family millions using a loophole so the taxes are halved and the police and his partner all payed for there respects. Galen last act he gave all his personal money to his police station his fellow officers families and a lot for his partners family and one flash drive. A hour later he dies smiling. Galen now meets the Almighty.
