@Shadef rengifoGZ23 your welcome. Also, I think Flint is just really thin and weak so any guy can lift and dominate him. Also, I think the Mayor's weight supports his strength. For example, He can't lift a car but he would be able to crush it if he body smashes himself into it since he would be heavy enough to. So his weight is above average human.
