Eternal Evolution since you can just automatically get stronger without trying to find something to adept to.
Superior Adaptation since you can instantly adapt to anything even Eternal Evolution.
Adaptation is fast changes in small scale.
Evolution is complete change with all factors accounting.
The thing is, while most users of Superior Adaptation are depicted as primarily adapting to external factors - an ability being used against them, being trapped or hurt, living in harsh conditions, etc - if we take the power explicitly as it is defined on the page, "The ability to adapt to anything and quickly evolve", then it should be capable of adapting to more than that. A mundane example would be if you were struggling to understand and learn a complex subject, in which case your mind would adapt to improve and become capable of the task. But given the nature of the ability, supernatural variations of this are also possible - let's say you imagine something and try to make it appear in reality. A normal human could never manage this, so you probably wouldn't be able to initally either, but Superior Adaptation could cause you to adapt to the attempt and the failure to gain Imagination Manifestation.
So I would say that if we're taking Superior Adaptation as it is most commonly portrayed, where it is mainly adaptation to external pressures, then Eternal Evolution is better because it doesn't require any pressures to evolve, it just does. So in a world lacking supernatural phenomena to adapt to, Eternal Evolution would likely go further. But if we're taking Superior Adaptation as it is on the page, where it can adapt to literally anything, including internal pressures like a desire/attempt to develop/use a certain power, then I think it would be better due to being faster and possible to direct.
