@Kyrios Neo Conceptual you say? Well, that's my specialty! For the name of the powers; anything goes really. Skills, Talents etc. Unless the name drives a specific theme, the name can just be rather generic.
If their powers are conceptual in nature; we can consider that the Heads of Yakuza and other groups with such powers are blessed with a source key that is wholly based on a concept. For example Kosei could have a Source of Peace or a Source of Flame...... Through this source key; the Yakuza Bosses can 'unlock' the door of potential within an individual and allow them to awaken an ability. Some abilities are common and well known while some may be rather than others; and the person with a Source Key can 'see' the name of the power and what it can do exactly.
If someone manages to obtain a Source from a Yakuza Boss through force or them relinquishing it, they gain the conceptual power but in a way that suits them. So if Kosei gives away his Source, he'd be left with his original ability but loses the power he had with a Source. However a person can only absorb one Source at a time; meaning that they can have multiple Sources but only one can grant them power.
All other abilities that are born from a Source unlocking it are split off shards of power from the Laws of Nature. The Source Key distorts the Laws of Nature around an individual and they gain a shard of power from a concept that exists in the world. Perhaps some might even get a shard of power from the concept that the Source that unlocked that power.
However, maybe each Source makes the abilities of those that it unlocks have specific conditions. Maybe one Source enables abilities that are basically transmutation powers; i.e. petrification, turning objects that are in contact with the individual to be soft, turning other objects into weapons.
Maybe another Source allows for specific manipulation powers; telekinesis, paper manipulation, water manipulation.
And maybe Kosei's Source is unique in that it allows for powers that affect powers itself. For example; copy powers, gain powers that are opposite to the opponent, gain powers dependent on the 'Image' an individual sets in the public, amplify powers etc.
@Angelic Demon1 I'm confuesed like what?
@Kyrios Neo I'll simplify my main points:
The name of what the powers are called can be anything; unless you specifically want a theme for it.
The Yakuza Heads and other major faction leaders with these powers may have a blessing that allows them to have a strong concept based power that allows the Head to awaken powers in others.
These unique blessings can be stolen via killing or given by the blessed person. The next blessed gains a wholly new power that suits them.
Each blessing grants powers that may inherently apply certain rules and conditions to the powers.
The way the powers are obtained are by distorting the Laws of Nature and shearing it off from the concept itself; manifested into an ability that is twisted into a form catered to have affinity to the individual.
@Angelic Demon1 That wasn't really my idea at all.
@Kyrios Neo Just a suggestion. At least this is how I'd do it. Your ideas could be different from mine. I'm just feeding ideas.
@Angelic Demon1 May idea was more close to Gifts, Quirk and etc. Than what you said.
It be as simple as that
@Angelic Demon1 Also if you want to say every Yakuza has a "Source" than we say each Yakuza rules over a different prefecture than their would be 47 in total but if said per province than 9 in total
@Kyrios Neo Nine is good. It also adds to the rarity of said Sources.
@Angelic Demon1 I do need to mention there exists 13 Gods, the strongest being the Creator God, Elysia

@Kyrios Neo Then you can just say that these Sources come from the Gods, hence why they are Blessings. Nine was given to the ancestors of the Yakuza clans and the other ones were given to a different faction.
What do you think?
