Type: MMA + Semi-Death Match

Goals: To Win either via K.O, T.K.O or Tap Out

Regulations:

Allows: Headbutt, Punching, Elbowing, Knees, Kicking, Wrestling, Submission, Personal Physical Powers, Bodily Functional Powers, Cognitive Powers, and Transcendent/Supernatural Powers.

Not Allows: Eye Pokes, Holding Submission even when tap, Absolute Powers, Almighty, Omni-powers, State-Of-Beings, Mimicries, Manipulations and Enhancements.

If fighter have Omni-Immunity, Flawless Indestructibility, Superior Adaptation, Absolute Invulnerability, Omni-Derivation, Absolute Regen & Recovery, they will not be given an opportunity to fight for a wishing device.

Matchmaking: Stats and Skill Based

1. Will put combatants to a test to know what are their stats <Strength, Speed, Durability, Endurance, Stamina & IQ>.

2. Then, put two combatants who are similar interms of their Stats and Exp and have similar powers.

Normal Match: 5 Minutes 3 Rounds

Normal Matches are the most common one where both combatants are prohibited from using powers that are not related to their physiology. Moreover, the weapons are also prohibited and both combatants have to fight bare handed.

Title Run: 3 hours 10 rounds

Title Run are the rarest matches to encounter. In this type of match, both combatants are allowed to use their innate powers (powers they are born with or awaken and no learned powers). Moreover, this type of matches also allows the use of Weapons such as bows, guns, swords, spears, axes and much more.

Ranking: Performance Based

1. In normal Match, the the judges will give the win to whose performance outshines another individual. However, in Title Runs, the fight can only end via KO, TKO or Tap Out.

2. Depending on how the fight is over, the judges will decide based on different things. If won via K.O, T.K.O, then it doesn't require judge's interventions. However, if the fight ended in a draw or both combatants failed to deliver enough dmg, the judges will decide based on who outperform who.

Rewards: Omnipotence Wishing Device

When a fighter win a Title Run, he/she will be given an opportunity to make a wish from an Omnipotence Wishing Device. This items allows the fighter to communicate directly with Omnipotence being.

@Ryudo Prime that's exactly what I was looking for but obviously title matches are held off world for the safety of the general populace and breaks can be 25 minutes to 35 depending on a person's ability to recover that way the fights will continue to be entertaining instead of it being a one sided domination because one person has a powerful regenerative ability while their opponent doesn't have it at all or not to the extent that their opponents is at

I could suppress them from accessing their regenerative healing factor or just slow it down to other combatant's Regen level.

Did you mention anything about training or prep time, do we want to keep the surprise and make it fresh for the warriors, or should we give the chance for participants to improve and enhance themselves beforehand?

We will begin our tournament once every millennium since we have the most attractive reward at our disposal. Every warriors who enlisted can train for 9 centuries, then we will test their stats and skills before the final century end.
