I would call it at Enhanced Intelligence and a nice collection of savant Applications. Not even Supernatural level.

Users of Supernatural Intelligence, like Reed Richards, Doctor Doom, Lex Luthor, Querl Dox, and the Master are intellects of universal significance, inventing time machines, FTL starships, portals to other dimensions, miracle machines, and power-jacking cosmic abilities.

I like Eddie, but he's not at that level of functioning. And no, he's not at Absolute-level Intelligence with entities like Galactus and Washu, who are beyond even Reed and Doom.

It's tempting to overstate Eddies abilities because compared to us he's a mental giant. We're not even at Peak Human Intelligence and have zero savant abilities, so yeah, Eddie seems like an intellect god to us, And he is ... to us. But let's face it, we suck. So we're a very low bar.

In Eddie's defense, he hasn't been at it for very long. If we placed him in a different verse, we don't know how he might do. But based only upon his showings in the film, he can't hold a candle to Reed, Doom, Lex, Querl, the Doctor, the Master, and true Users of Supernatural-level Intelligence.

It would be interesting to pop Eddie into a different verse and see how he does. Maybe he'd up his game. But maybe not. In the movie. he was on NZT-48 for some time and he still forgot to pay back his loanshark. The loanshark had to go looking for Eddie. And that's after the loanshark told Eddie that if Eddie didn't pay him back, he would peel Eddie's skin off while Eddie was still alive. Really, I wouldn't even need NZT to remember to pay back a guy like that before he came looking for me....

I'll say Supernatural than Absolute. But close though. I mean, he did unalive the other dude who also took NZT and drank it from his blood. So the other dude who had NZT did not expect to get stabbed.

@BlackSupergenius I'm not sure how long it would take to get the breath one simply because of how bloody complicated it would need to be to work. Heat vision, meh. Could work but he'd need major body augmentation or just change them out with cybernetic ones. To change the body, not sure. Unless you come across some kind of transformation magic, not sure you'd be able to make the human body you have I to something efficient enough. You could go cybernetic, but that has some major drawbacks in the form of software and EMPs. Unless you could figure out how to make yourself either a complete energy being or become like a swarm of nano-bots that are collectively you. Other than that, I'm not sure.

Well one of the names for absolute intelligence is limitless intelligence so I presume yeah but one way to know for certain is if that character is one with the fabric of the universe like Lucy or they're some kind of cosmic level being like Galactus who's been around way before the universe and is the only survivor the previous one. Galactus is a special case because even reed Richards, killer of the celestials and maker of revolutionary mind-boggling tech centuries ahead of it's time. Technology that could achieve multiversal communication and bend reality and even then he was stumped by the tech of Galactus. Galactus itself is a force of nature more than an entity and he's taken on many forms depending on the species. Also if they're the origin of knowledge or science itself then they could also be absolutely intelligent.
