Nobody likes being a egotistical narcissist though this condition doesn't imply your morals are gone from your personality. Imagine the reason why you're an egotistical narcissist simply because you managed to make the city/living space habitable to a one-hundred n perfect degree.

You'd do that only to look good, you wouldn't do that because you care about other people.
