I didn't notice volifery, it might be actually the most reliable, but it still can be as unreliable. If you don't realise how risky it is depending from your wants and desires, then you must be a selfish guy who has everything sorted for you. No offense, since that's usually the only use it would have, how would you control your own desires, it's like irrelevant/unnecessary needs and drives, like an addict with unhealthy obsession.

I see your point, but I suggest doing that without using a power based on desires, I want you to actually achieve those desires, not the easy route of automatically gaining it instantly, because it feels undesirable, not natural. For example, using reality warping indirectly like a domino effect leading to a reward with all your desires, that way it is earned. Volifrey is just cheap way to have pleasure, I want a challenge and element of worthiness.

@Neosaiyan7 maybe it's lazy or selfish or narcissistic or whatever but if I had reality warping powers I would take the most efficient round to reach my goals or do anything

If I can snap my fingers and create entire universes ,change history to whatever or snap my fingers and I get what want I will use this power
