Martian, As they are as powerful as a Kryptonian and can do so much more, plus with there telepathic abilities there able to have Xavier or Jean Grey levels of telepathy and telekinesis and above. Plus Lex Luthor became a human Martian Hybrid becoming an Apex but what people forget is the Apexes limitation to fire is much weaker then pure blooded Martians, meaning you can stand near, touch, walk through and stand in fire or even have an explosion blow in your face but unless a weapon is made of fire it can't kill you due to Martian healing.
Another thing I like is that you can pass these powers on Via blood transfusion and the Apexes can get access to the emotional spectrum, the seven force's ECT and use them.
