1. It would be able to allow to travel anywhere in the totality since the ability is based off of disconnecting from the totality.

Yes, since the user is disconnecting from the totality they are also disconnecting from its laws,bounds etc. for example, someone disconnecting from space would probably become abstract transceding space-time altogether and since they are disconnecting from space-time they would be able to reconnect anywhere within it, so anywhere in space time.

No, I wouldn't see it as a risk if you can selectively decide what aspect of the totality you are disconnecting from so becoming alien to the totality would just be a choice however, if the ability makes you disconnect all at once then yes it becomes risky at that point, since you could just disconnect from all the biological constraints that made you what you are.

2. Well, some of does applications makes sense, like unbound soul. If they are disconnected from totality, that means they are unbound both physically, mentally, spiritually etc to totality. Life Determination means that their life is not determined to 1 universe but bying disconnected from totality, you could determine where would you go, stay, live, die etc. I think it is in that sense.

3. The only negative consequence I could think of is that you might affect events and people might question who you are or start a cult around you or something. Like, if you go to a fictional work, you could affect the plot and if you save someone or something, they might be obsessed with you or try to search for you even if it means getting their hands dirty.

@Ogtea True, if you can choose what aspects of the totality you are disconnected or unbound from at any given moment, it would be far less inherently risky. The definition of the power ("The power to be unbound to the Omniverse or Totality") kind of made me assume that it's a state of being more than a capacity to disconnect yourself. Though at that point (disconnecting from all totality including all its restraints) that seems similar to Existential Distinction, or perhaps Omnilock.

@Abdalla1234 It would certainly let you do that, though Life Determination seems to be more about dictating the plot/events of your life rather than just having freedom from external factors that would try to do the same. And yeah, it would certainly be problematic if you accidentally got involved in another reality in that way (not like they could follow you if you decide to leave though)!
