Fire. Lightning can be used for a majority of the same functions, and can naturally superheat to up to 50,000 degrees fahrenheit, which is five times hotter than the sun. Which is much hotter than mundane fire will reach. And the other elements simply have more practical applications and areas of use.

I'm going with fire, Even though it's one of the main four elements, with electricity depending on your intensity you still control and have things catch on fire like a low flame plus electricity can still light your way if you channel it through yourself.

Earth, I don't care for it.
