Technically todoroki wouldn't get cooked since his hero outfit is fire proof, also he can create ice to block the fire and well freezing him won't do anything because fire generation normally counters being frozen (anime logic here, so they would still be able to do that)

Fire-proof wouldn't matter, since a user of TM could ionize the molecules that make up his body. Or more simply just deoxygenate the area around him.

Yeah, I knew you'd say something like that, then you realize that plot armor doesn't exist outside of a media setting.

So he is cooked literally and figuratively, if the writer has to do an ass-pull to save your precious Todoroki.

But like I said I'm done with this. Whether he wins (very unlikely) or loses, does it even matter.
