I would say Jean Grey got this due to her pheonix force but that ain't really reliable as in the show she only used that in specific situations and she doesn't have much control over it. So I give it to Madara

She doesn't need the Phoenix force. She only needs to shut down his mind.

@Doodlewuzhere91 You do have a point there. However, this version of Madara has the 10-tails absorbed, possess both Rinnegan/Sharingan, and has strong mental fortitude. All these factors give him heightened mental strength. It is a possibility for him to resist her psychic attacks to either to shut down his mind or have him see illusions. To say Jean would not need the phoenix force or Cerebro might be a bit too much.

Not really, no. The sharingan/rinnegan provides a resistance to illusion, not all psychic attacks. Psychics are a vastly stronger existence than anything that exists in Naruto. And even in the endgame of Naruto, techniques like Infinite Tsukoyomi were still absolute.

I need to be sure if I'm right before I need to be mad. Is the X-Men 97 comparable to the comics powerscaling, since it is somewhat accurate adaptations of the stories from the comics so it should be the same, right? But I got experience knowing cartoons like this nerf them, so I'm not completely sure.

Oh I was going off on the picture but it didn't occur to me that yeah Charles would be involved too, as well as Storm and Morph since they're all X-men. All powerful mutants. Yeah that's too much overall.
