Saitama could probably do the same feat in the middle of the fight. He did grow enough to time travel using Garou and throw a punch that makes causality whack as I heard.

Thing is he would need the time to do so in the 1st place, which he won't get cause The Primordials have a massive speed advantage. (They can get to inaccessible speed due to predating time, or if you don't use csap they can still get to infinite speed due to at least creating The Mortal World in the GoW cosmology)

God of War powerscaling is too powerful, but I don't know anything about them.
