This is a difficult choice, I'm between Almighty Mind and Scientiapotence, although in essence, if you have one, you can have the other, at least with these 2, and I'll explain why.

A being with Almighty Mind not only has the power to do anything, but also infinite knowledge, that is, I could very well have an omnipotent mind, and create technologies and various extremely powerful things, but of course, not limited to just that, since a being with Scientiapotence would be a being that no longer needs a physical body, for example, like Doctor Manhattan, and Downstreamers, since Doctor Manhattan is already popular knowledge, I will skip the explanations about it, and talk a little about the Downstreamers, they are a transcendent, hyper-advanced human civilization, in which they no longer have a physical body, they are beings of pure information/neutrino/quantum consciousness, in which, In addition to having technology beyond human understanding, they also have their own abilities, capable of altering the world around them, and also capable of giving these powers to other normal humans, with a mind that processes so quickly, that knows things before they even happen, and much more. I would say they are a fantasy realistic version of what human beings would be like when they reached the maximum level.

So, what I want to say is, that a Scientiapotence being would be a being without the need for a physical body, which means that this being would have to do any and all actions through its mind/consciousness, and thus increase its knowledge and powers, until reaching a level similar to an Almighty Mind being, as well as, a being of Almighty Mind, will already have knowledge about everything, in addition to the ability of the Downstreamers that I mentioned above, to process things so quickly that they know even before they happen, with Almighty Mind, this would be of a higher level from the beginning, in addition that, as it would be the mind that would be omnipotent, It would also be a being that would no longer need a physical body, since its mind would be everything, so even if its body were destroyed, it would still exist eternally, it could create a new body and so on. So, I think I'll go with Almighty Mind, maybe... but I like science fiction, and how the Downstreamers try to be a slightly more realistic omnipotent civilization, based on the limitations we are aware of in our world, so, maybe I'll go with Scientiapotence, but I'm also a lazy person who would like to solve all things with the power of the mind, and if I had powers, I would only need to think to do everything.

Yep, and I just like to think, what it would actually be like in real life, because in fiction, just say that the person transferred their mind to an indestructible and omnipotent machine or variations of that and that's it, your omnipotent user of science is done.

But in real life, it would be a little different, Downstreamers are the ones that come closest to this, so I just made a mix of real and fiction, finding a middle ground that I would love to be real, imagine becoming a being like that and creating infinite universes, the possibilities will never end.

@Necropolis00 Hmm, this is a difficult question, but in short, they would be intangible beings that could not be seen, which because they are beings of pure information, then they wouldn't be beings reflected by light either, but they could know where each other is, would imply that they do not even need matter to exist, and can therefore exist in a eternal, or almost so, and matter itself would be just one of the things that would be their creation, including the entire way in which they would operate, that is, all the information of matter necessary to create the world, just as it is with computers today, in the which they convert 0 and 1 into everything we currently see and interact with.

Because, yes, we already know that matter is currently what creates our world the way it is today, but we don't know how it does this, nor what essentially they actually are, like, if there is something inferior that creates the matter or something like that.
