What really matters is the location of your home, because there certain areas in the city that you probably don’t want to be in, like a area near a train, traffic or anything very loud, or a area that have any radiation, toxic waste, gang violence or any violence in general. You get what I mean, find a place that is safe for you and your family.
The citizens:
Our city is very diverse, made up of diverse people, ranging from different ethnic groups and cultures, we got Caucasian, African, Asian , Hispanic, indigenous people, cyborgs and mutations…did I say mutations? yes I did, even tho mutations or mutants whatever you want to call them, are considered dangerous by other and heavily discriminated by others, they are happily accepted in our city but sadly for other safety mutations must be registered in our database, not only do mutations get registered, cyborgs also gets registered, we will talk about both mutations and cyborgs in the future.
The Nexus corporation:
Let me tell you about the Nexus corporation, the the Nexus corporation is the most popular corporation among all the other companies, Nexus is the reason why this city was made, they help build it with their technology, what is Nexus? Nexus is a company that develops unique and powerful technology mostly for the military and also for the public.
Gangs and organizations:
The City Consists of different gangs and groups, most of them very dangerous and which you should avoid at all cost, let give you a quick rundown of each of them.
The vipers:
The vipers is a all female gang, that is all about protecting each other from people who hurt them, they are very open arms to others but they can be very violent, if you hurt one of their own. Each member call each other sister showing how close to one another. They are mostly found in bars or clubs, They not territorial and don’t look to expand, they true goal is to protect their facilities and their members, they normally wear clothes that are designed by their brand, all I got to tell you is to never wrong them or they will get their revenge.
The berserkers:
The berserkers are very dangerous and very unpredictable, this group is all about physical power and strength, they are not the biggest fan of using cyberware in their community, so they use other things, like implants, a super steroid called “enhanced” and mutagenic drugs that enhance their strength. Most of them are hired as bodyguards or bouncers, they can be very dangerous so stay clear and don’t join them because the drugs they use can effect your health and your mental state.
The scavengers:
If you have any cyberware on you, stay far away from this Individual's because they are known for stealing cyberware from buildings, on the streets or even individuals and then they sell to the black market, most of the time they will find and capture a random person who has cyberware and strip them of it leaving them for dead, usually targeted individuals who have fancy or expansive cyberware on them, it doesn’t matter who you are, if you have cyberware they will get you.
The heretic:
This group is all anti-mutation Group , they believe in everything all natural and normal, they believe that mutation is corrupting our society and that mutation are not natural, most of the time they go around looking for mutations to beat or kill, they use different technologies and cyberware to find and locate mutations, so they can eradicate them. If you are a mutation please be careful.
The mind assassins:
This is another dangerous group, this group is made up of people with powerful psychic abilities, this group is mostly hired for assassination or as hitman, they are not very easy to be found, because they mostly kept secretive and also they don’t want to be found, they group is very mysterious, their group is made up of people with psychic powers like telepathy, telekinesis, empathy, clairvoyance, astral projection, etc. you shouldn’t get on this group bad side or be on someone hit list because this may be your last day on earth.
The new breed:
This gang is made up of mutations, they group was created because of the discrimination they suffered from over the years, they are open armed to all mutation no matter what they look like or who they are, they all about freedom and being treated equally, they would get their hands dirty to achieve it, either by killing, stealing, assaulting, blowing up buildings, vandalism, arson etc. they like the x-men, if the x-men were terrorist, they mostly target humans and they will always protect their fellow mutations, this group and the the heretics are at war with each other.
The cyber warriors:
The cyber warriors is all about cyberware, they mostly work with the scavengers to buy some cyberware, they heavily modify themselves with it, to the point that some of them look more robot then human, implanting themselves with cyberware have became a addiction to them, they are very violent people who kill anyone they see innocent and enjoy doing it , the more powerful cyberware they get, the more violent and dangerous they become.
The red oni:
Now for the final group, the most powerful and dangerous organization that is feared by everyone, this group originated from Japan, they group is made up of humans, cyberware users and mutations, they have powerful weapons that is very advanced, how they got this is unknown, their a rumor going around that they are being helped by another company, but their currently no proof of it, they are the most biggest gang in the city like the yakuza, they have the most skilled and trained warriors, they will attack anyone who crosses them to the point where if one member is attacked, the whole full force of the red oni will be after Them. So be very careful with them.
