That's the simplified version but there is a lot more physics involved can't pretend to even understand half of it ,there are YouTube tutorials or just ask chatgpt on electrons and orbital that would explain this better

At this point this won't be telekinesis it would be quantumn manipulation

@Godking25 That’s the thing, telekinesis can achieve quantum manipulation, at higher levels telekinesis can influence both matter and energy at a molecular, atomic, or even subatomic level. Take Jean grey for example, she can transmute matter into whatever she desires using telekinesis to literally rearrange the atoms that make up that targeted matter.
