Note this RP take place in 2088, so make sure your oc is cyberpunk or futuristic
The maximum oc limit is two
Appearances must be pictures or character art, IRL photos are banned.
You’re oc can only be a human or a mutant (natural or artificial)
No OP Powers. That includes anything Omni, Meta, Absolute, Ultimate, Nigh, any Reality Abilities, any OP Adaptative Abilities and/or any Abilities that have to do with Fiction.
No magic or any magical base powers or abilities
Weaknesses are required and must be at least 4 in terms of minimum amount. They must be both Self-Weaknesses (Fears, Disabilities, etc) and Power Weaknesses alongside not being overly basic.
Your OC(s) must be posted in this Sign-Up. Do not link them to another Post. However, Google Docs are acceptable.
Please follow these Rules and the Character Sheet. Do not leave anything blank either, especially important sections such as Weaknesses, etc. Know that I also have the right to ask you to change something or outright deny you. So if I do, don’t argue with me as it’ll most likely be the bigger reason why I won’t accept you.

Note your character is new to the city
Your character species, gender, age, appearance, personality, sexuality, occupation, skills and backstory can affect them in both a positive way or a negative way (for example, if you choose to become a mutant your character would be discriminated and be targeted by the heretics, if you’re character is a female she would be able to join the vipers, if your character have cyberware they will be targeted by scavengers, if your character is a expert martial arts they may be able to join the red oni, etc)
