Alucard - everyone has no means to get past his insanely high regeneration, hordes of undead, intangibility, shadow constructs, quantum immortality and silver-rounded pistols.
Dracula (Marvel) - casually fights off Spider-Man-tierers and blitzes them, can induce paralysis with his gaze, surpass Doctor Strange in magic and regenerate from ashes under some conditions. Whereas Dio struggles to beat one opponent at the time, Drac can take on multiple at once. At massive disadvantage to Alucard's pistols tho, but since no one else has them, he dominates as soon as the latter is removed from equation.
Dio Brando - has good versatility and regeneration himself, and his feats put him on roughly equal footing compared to Marvel Dracula, and since JoJo's vampires don't have weakness to silver, he shouldn't be affected by Alucard's silver pistols.
Dracula (Netflix's Castlevania) - his magic is quite OP, but otherwise he is rather weak compared to the others and has slow regeneration.
