36 Years Ago, a solar flare hit the Earth effecting 70% of humanity, the date was the Friday of March 13th, 1988. 30% of humanity survived the solar flare untouched, 30% of humanity died from the radiation and 40% of humanity developed unique paranormal abilities. This was the day that a chunk of Homo Sapiens evolve into a higher race of Metaentities. 70% of these new metahumans developed PSI.
PSI Abilities: Psionics or Psychic Powers are the paranormal abilities that are associated with the mind/consciousness/psyche. These kind of powers can usually be unlocked by forms of supernatural and/or cosmic energy. Psionics require a certain level of sentience to be properly utilized and therefore can only be utilized by animals (or anything with a brain).
TK Abilities or Telekinetic PSI Abilities are the powers that allow one to use their minds to physically control external entities in the environment around them, the abilities of controlling said physical entities are generally known as "Manipulations." Examples of forces & substances that can be manipulated are matter (Materiokinetic Abilities), energy (Ergokinetic Abilities) for basic users and space-time (Spatio-Chronokinetic Abilities) for more complex users. Examples include Levitation (Both Self and Other Objects/Beings), Elemental Transmogrification (Either on a Molecular, Atomic or Subatomic Level), etc.
TP Abilities or Telepathic PSI Abilities are the powers that metaphysically affect the psyche (Totality of Mind, Consciousness & Subconsciousness) of oneself or another person. Examples of mental manipulation include Mind Control, Mind Reading, Memory Manipulation, Telepathic Communication, Hallucination Inducement, Empathy (Emotion Manipulation) & the Fabrication of Mindscapes, etc.
PK Abilities or Psychokinetic Abilities are the Result of Combining TK & TP Abilities and using them in Unison. Examples of these would include ESP (Telepathic and/or Telekinetic emulation of the 5 bodily senses; the sixth sense), Astral Projection (feeling the spiritual body through ESP and pushing it out from/pulling it back into the corporeal body through Ergokinesis), Spiritual Medium (Using TP Communication with Astral Projection to interact with Spiritual Entities) and Nihilikinetic Materialization (Creation from Nothing; Using Ergokinesis to manipulate quantum fluctuation of empty space and convert into matter, use materiokinesis in conjunction with the Mindscape to shape the matter with Imaginative or Oneiric Capabilities or from Memories). Magic may count as PK Abilities over reality altering forces, but that is a subject for another time.
