No not really, Naruto outstats a big chunk of the verse, the question is whether or not he can work around their hax.

If he can speed blitz all of them before they activate their stand then Naruto can win, Otherwise Composite Dio wins

Stand is passive also even naruto is fast he is a jot head and dont use Tricks in fight even diavolo is hard for him, but i think he stop at kars because is immortal and can copy naruto cells and replicate chakra and extract infinite chakra because is immortal

Kars is questionable, I don’t think Naruto can beat him since Kars couldn’t be killed by Naruto and could grow strong enough to beat Naruto before he figures out a way to kill him, using chakra would just make Kars stronger,

If he gets past Kars he dies to Kira, he has no counter to Bites The Dust and Kira can keep him trapped forever so it would be a stalemate even if Kira can’t use a bomb first

Naruto can’t get through Love Train so Valentine isn’t losing

Dio Over Heaven easily wins
