How would a normal human find out that they have mental Metapotence and, once they do, figure out the full extent of their power?

If it's true metapotence it wouldn't take long from the time they got their powers
Most people would wish for things in their daily life when they do unless the person is completely stupid they would notice things start happening
It could take anywhere from a few seconds to a couple of days
In training their powers they could just wish to know their limits or train it old fashioned way
Depending on what they want to truly experiment they might not know their own limit or place subconscious inhibitors
Like they may not be comfortable with resurrecting the dead or mind control or the like say they may believe they can't do it
Depends on the person personality

It's deep held beliefs that affect you they would limit a person powers
For reality warping entities it would most likely affect what they can or cannot do depending on their beliefs like for example most people think that bringing back the dead is impossible so a person with this power believes this might not be capable of controlling life
@Godking25 Beliefs would work against the person with Mental Metapotence? I thought you were going for emotions or something else, like mental trauma. Maybe intrusive thoughts.
It's kinda simple based on the page itself Almighty mind is inherently Omniscience the "All-knowing" thing kinda negates that
@Prism Perfected form. That's only if you include the qualities of Omnipotence. The page itself says it is "The state of possessing a mind that can do anything." If we take this at face value, it's Mental Metapotence, which doesn't include Omniscience.

Alright, you got a point but isn't Awareness part of the mental abilities? So with Almighty mind they should have Absolute Awareness of absolutely everything... So technically they would been aware of their All-powerful mind.
