Honestly, I’m not too sure myself. I’m guessing that it’s there because Plot Erasure and Fiction Manipulation interconnects aspects of control over fictional realities? As we know, Fiction Manipulation helps and allows you to create and alter, with Plot Erasure allowing you to remove and delete. So I guess they can be used to manage and take control over fictional worlds, idk.

Well you don't directly control Fiction. By erasing certain parts of a plot, you would allow a fictional show to go in a way you want it to. So it is safe to say you are "manipulating" the fiction. Not by a literal sense. You can't create, summon or actually directly control fiction, you are just having an affect on it enough to say that you are minorly manipulating it in a way. So yeah it's not the standard and the normal fiction manipulation but a much lesser and minor version of it. That's why it is listed I think.
