I have Psionics. I would be super surprised that I have it and would consider even hiding it just to ge safe. For what I'll do with it, imma test my limits on it and see if I can improve it and become stronger

How do you react to being the only one to have it?

“That's…neat…?” I would say upon learning that, not really knowing if it's necessarily good, as that means there really won't be anyone who can train me to use it, beyond just theory.

What do you do?

Go to the academy, obviously, and learn how I can apply my mystical sounds. Perhaps learn what esoteric properties they possess, such as perhaps a hypnotic effect, or a more lethal and damaging capabilities. Or perhaps more abstract applications, such as casting incantations via sound, such as through speech or music.

Fire.

How would I react to being the only one to have it?

I'd be a mix of happy and upset because I'd first feel special and then I'd feel U R my specialz from the realization that a lot of the other more common ones can rather easily counter mine.

What do I do then?

Get good. Go to the academy and start grinding not only to enhance my elemental power but my own body as well because it's "nice complex hax ability you fucking dipshit now check this out" then proceed to slam with stats and raw AP or consistently get whooped by everyone and everything else.
