That world is separated from any reality and exclusive for you. It empty from beginning but you can fill it with time . Laws there mostly neutral but you can change it with power ups.

You can hide there because it works as teleportation into another pocket universe.

Attack force field isn't one I can really see myself using unless we're also assuming an isekai-type scenario, or one in which our world drastically changes. Even then, I feel like I would prefer the others.

Superior Energy really depends on whether I would be capable of controlling the energy, as well as what 'transcendent energy' actually is/can do.

Full form mimicry is certainly one I would take, given I could choose to have it in the form of Primordial Force Mimicry, though it does depend on what the consequences of having a body made of such a thing would actually be.

Finally, Personal Domain is another one I can definitely imagine myself taking, though it does somewhat depend on how much control I would have over my world/dimension, how long/how much effort it would take to develop that control, and whether I can bring things out of it (including both physical items and supernatural/altered properties of items and of myself).

Force fields is very good protection with automatic reaction that depend on subconscious.

Like Gaara automatic defense in Naruto, but there you also can use force field as attack instruments.

Personal domain - allow manipulate own pocket universe. Weak in begining but it grow with user power . When you have good control you can manipulate doorway, teleportation destination, and environment in your domain . On high stage of individual power (atleast cosmic level ) you are deity of own independent domain with nigh-omnipotence power and full arsenal of personal universe lordship.

If you grow to multiverse level powerhouse in outer world . You are omnipotent in own domain. Main concept, is personal level of development. If you obtained power from some multiverse with trans-fictional capabilities of higher order , you can almost remove difference of power in same conditions or be supreme beings in weaker multiverses.
