Ok so like basically i'm asking if the bodies isekai protags reincarnate into from infant stage were ever going to become their own person before being forced out of their own body by the soul of the isekai protag. like uraume in jjk took over some woman's body and that woman just died from getting body snatched so i'm wondering if something like that happens like taking a backseat in your own car because some hitchhiker needed it and decided to be the one driving or getting booted out the car entirely if that makes some sense.

So you are saying that when an MC reincarnates, the body that they reincarnate to already had a soul and the soul is kicked out?

I'm not entirely sure if that is the case, but I think it'd be kind of terrifying or sad in the scenario it is.

There are multiple scenarios:

The previous body loses it's soul (aka dies) and the MC takes over.

The body has no soul to begin with (aka reincarnated from birth) and the only soul is the MC's.

The MC and the previous soul merge together (happened before)

Well, I think I'm the moments I was there I would try seeing what my power is, I'd also look around to check for any males around me, I might find it a bit strange to only have females around me. Now if I returned back to this world after that I might wonder what I experienced, I might wonder of it was real of dream and if it was possibly real I might spend my days just constantly thinking back to that world, wondering to myself, behind all those maids, beyond my birth room, what had lay outside. From the the typed of countries, the types of intelligent life forms, how the continents are shaped differently etc, I might write books of that experience if it kept bothering my mind, I might have feel certain ways etc, I think there's a chance, that in the hospital bed, if I believe it was real, that I might finish the job on myself.
