Asking the same kinda question: can a telekinetic reality warp

Seriously i doubt they are literally only limited to physical matter

Another theory is can a tactile telekientic be powerful enough to warp reality but only in their vincity (via “feeling” the fabric of reality)

Yeah, on a more advanced level or absolute. They could move and alter metaphysical concepts telekinetically.

Simple answer no they can't but at higher levels maybe if they are capable of manipulation of matter

Tactile telekinesis are the weakest telekinetic so they can't
