I don't like the idea of immortality so I'd go with Temporal Singularity.

Imma go with Quantum Immortality. The other powers are not practical

Temporal Singularity is underrated. I can agree with the fact that Quantum Immortality can be enjoyable but Temporal Singularity can grant me new benefits and paths as well.
