Agreed, Wonder of U is stated to be a literal force. When two forces collide, there's no telling exactly what happens. Wonder of U doesn't have superpower manipulation nor does it hold the cards to enacting a calamity that can shut off Reflective Immutability.
Although I can make an argument of the Skilled User with Reflective Immutability taking this. Considering that with enough time for the Skilled User, they'll know that Wonder of U is inducing these calamites and simply allow them to happen only to do the restoration of their power and transfer any negative effects right back to WoU effectively killing them.
