Yeah, because you guys would definitely say this. Remember I made a poll about OEM User vs Darkest Knight and OEM User vs Cosmic Fear Garou? You guys use this "They can create energy any type of energy and use it" it isn't answering my own question, I said that because you guys always use this every time when I put OEM user against another Canon character who can do the same.

Is her entire powerset literally based on energy, or is the energy manipulator actually aware of this fact? She got the intelligence while I'm assuming the Energy Manipulator is like any one of us, doesn't know what the crisis energy exactly is.

@Statz02 it's cus they don't have the same powers. You're pitting characters with powers and limitations against a theoretical user with no such limitations. It's like asking who would win between a baby and an atomic bomb.

I've seen votes that the actual canon character who had such limitation won against some user with some random ability who doesn't have "Such limitations" Like Doomsday won against a user with Reflective Immutability in my poll, Mobius Chair Wally West winning against a user with Absolute Freezing who had good reaction time. Perpetua, Darkest Knight and Garou all have Omni-Energy Manipulation, Yes? It isn't an atomic bomb vs Baby type match up, I remember Abdalla, Neo and Mr. Interest giving me their reasoning why Total Mimicry or Superboy Prime win in my other poll. Tell me, sir... how is it a Baby vs Atomic Bomb type match up?

@Neosaiyan7 I mainly went off the DC wiki page for Perpetua for this, and from what I can tell, it seems like her power is entirely based on energy; at first, it was Connective Energy granted by the source, as it is granted to all the Hands, and then it was the Crisis Energy she created(?).

For the intelligence factor, would that be negated by 'equalised stats'? As for awareness, it does seem like Omni-Energy Manipulation would naturally include Energy Detection of the same scale, likely allowing them to detect the presence and nature of both Connective and Crisis Energies. Since Perpetua is likely the highest concentration of Crisis Energy, or at least seems to be drawing all Crisis Energy into herself, she should reasonably stand out to the OEM user a lot. And if she uses her powers, thereby exerting/utilising Crisis Energy, that should stand out even more, and equalised stats would seem to allow for equal speed/reactions, giving the user a chance to negate/erase/absorb/etc the energy she's trying to use before it can actually affect reality.
